Shipping & Returns Policy
Most orders placed before 10am EST will be shipped same day, all others will be shipped within the next 48 business hours. Large orders typically take longer to process.
You will receive two emails from us; the first will be a confirmation that we have received your order. The second email will confirm that your order has shipped and provide you with a tracking number. All orders are charged a flat shipping fee regardless of quantity or weight. Currently, we can only accept orders that will be shipped within the contiguous United States.
We offer standard ground shipping and 2-Day Expedited Shipping. Standard rates are based on order totals and are shown below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to Fortessa Tableware Solutions, LLC within 30 days of the shipping date. Product being returned must be in its original packaging and unused. Credit will not be given to product received outside of its own packaging or shows of prior use. Please call customer service at 1.800.296.7508 or email CustomerCare@fortessa.com to receive a Return Authorization Number that will need to be included on your return order. A restocking or shipping fee may apply.
